Collaboration with the PortAventura Foundation

Healing smiles

We attended the charity dinner organized by the PortAventura Foundation at the "Let's Dream for a Better World" event, where €125,391 was raised for social projects by the Casa Sant Josep Foundation (Xarxa Santa Tecla), the URV Centre for Permanent Education Foundation, and the PortAventura Dreams Village Foundation, thanks to the contributions of 1,200 attendees from local companies and associations.

Our contribution was a donation of a prize for the raffle: a family stay at the rural apartments of our Hotel Villa Engracia in Poblet.

Scholar Trips

EDULÒNIA SCHOLARSHIPS

One again, Edulònia, our brand for school trips, events and family tourism, will grant 15 scholarships so that 15 children from schools who have come from scholar trips to one of our centers this year, can attend to a summer camp for free with English Summer S.A.

Collaboration with the Port Aventura World Foundation

Fun Run Solidarity Run

We collaborated in the 12th edition of the Fun Run charity race organised by the PortAventura Foundation with the raffle of an English Summer English camp among the participants.

More than 10,500 euros were donated to the projects of two social organisations: Comunitat Sant'Egidio "Alimentem somriures a Tarragona" and Associació Asperger-TEA del Camp de Tarragona "Ocio Terapéutico Aspercamp".

More than 1,500 participants took part in the event, choosing between a 5 or 10 km circuit.

The main objective is that children and adolescents with neurodiversity enjoy a leisure space that contributes to develop their social, communicative and play skills.

Goodwill mission

Educational sponsorship

For many years now, English Summer SA has been collaborating with the Rogacionistas parents in different missions of educational sponsorship to guarantee an education and training for children and young people who come from families with limited economic resources and who without this aid program would not be able to access such fundamental right.

We join the project

KUKURA - Growing with Uganda

The Kukura Association was born from the desire to make the city of Fort Portal, in Uganda, grow through different improvement projects. At the same time, it offers an unforgettable experience and personal growth for its volunteers.

Beatriz Cienfuegos, Albert Gibert and Alejandra Pena are the promoters of this project and were students, MPs and monitors of our summer camps, as well as a dozen of their volunteers.
